GITI

Enabling EVERY TEACHER to teach EVERY CHILD.

What is GITI?

GITI is a world-class, ground-breaking, programme of training which helps to establish an international standard for differentiation, it will help allteachers to effectively meet the needs of all children in the classroom, in a truly inclusive way.

The Initiative is relevant in every country; culturally sensitive to the diversity of the world’s children; and accessible to all learners.

If you would like to find out more information about the Global Inclusion Teaching Initiative, please feel free to contact our GITI lead practitioner, Ms. J Frans.

Five Elms Primary School is a thriving, diverse, and inclusive learning community with a two-form entry structure and over 40 languages spoken by our students, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of our community.
Our school is uniquely equipped to meet the needs of all learners, with an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) specifically tailored for children with deafness and complex needs. This resource is a testament to our commitment to inclusion, ensuring that every child—regardless of their background or challenges—has access to a bespoke education designed to unlock their full potential. What truly sets us apart is our strong sense of community.
Sian Farrelly says,“Our school is incredibly proud to be a flagship for inclusive education, demonstrating fantastic pastoral care and a whole-school approach that is aspirational for our children. We engage parents proactively, ensuring that their voices are heard and their input valued."
